Set up your action by identifying/mapping the message you'll be assigning. Most importantly, select the ID from your previous step as the "Thread ID" – do not type in a hard-coded number here!

Under "Owner Name", select "Customer Owner". This will automatically assign the item to the name of the customer owner you've designated within Channeled.

If you haven't assigned Customer Owners in Channeled, you can also enter one person's Slack name directly here (this would result in all new messages automatically assigned to that person).
Your Zap is ready to go! You can use the same action to simultaneously tag the item, update its status, anything you'd like. Happy automating!
