    This is a guide for tenants to reset their own password for the customer portal.

    Navigate to [https://primagroup.rubixx.app](https://primagroup.rubixx.app/customerportal)
    Click "Forgot Password"
    Click the "Email" field.
    Type your email address in to the field
    Click "Recover" and you will receive an email to reset your password.
    Click "Back to Login" and you will then be able to log in using your email address and the password you have just set using the email link.
    When setting a password there are a few things you need to remember: \ \ **The Password must be at least 12 characters long, to make it more secure it needs to include at least one of each of the following - a capital letter, a lower case letter, a number and a special character (such as an exclamation mark or a dash for example).**
