    **Navigation** To view the integration guide / Website Widgets page navigation to **settings > Web Integration**

    **Form URLs** There is a specific url for your account that will allow customers to schedule appointments, submit reviews, or complete forms. The easiest way to integrate this is to add the links shown to your website. You can also embed the pages into your own website for a more professional look. Ask your web designer for help if your not familiar.

    **Schedule Form** Shown here is an example of the form customers will see when navigating to your schedule form link. As you can see it will allow customers to select a date and time according to your availability.

    **Reviews Link** Click the reviews link to view how that page will look for your customers.

    **Review Link (continued)** This is how the page will look for customers who wish to leave you a review. Remember you can send customer SMS messages to request they leave a review to boost your review numbers quickly.

    **Custom Form URLs** To view a custom form URL click on the link. Remember these forms can be customized with whatever fields you choose (see form builder section).

    **Custom Form URLs (continued)** This is how a custom form will look for your customers. When they submit it, results will appear in your account under "Forms" in the main navigation.

    **Website Chat / Text Back** You may want to allow customers to chat directly to you from your website. This is great for capture leads! To add this functionality to your website add your code right below the closing body tag of your web page. Remember, to enable web chat, click the toggle button at the top of the Message page.

    **Review Slider** If you want to show your recent reviews, add this code anywhere on your webpage that you wish for them to appear. It's that simple! Remember, if your not familiar with website code, ask your web designer for help. For most designers this integration will only take a couple of minutes to complete.
