    **Advise of Next Steps** 1. Sent Family Handbook. 1. How we do things. 2. What we expect of them. 3. What they can expect of us. 2. Sent Continuous Enrollment Agreement. 1. We operate year-round and our systems operate automatically. 2. To better serve our families and reduce human error (and paperwork), we operate on a Continuous Enrollment System. 3. This means that when you enroll with us, we assume you will stay with us for the long haul. 4. This also means that you do not need to fill out any paperwork ever again since we will just roll over the application each year. 5. If you ever decide to withdraw, just let us know before July 24th and we will remove you from next year's enrollment. 1. This means you will only be responsible for the remainder of any tuition plan associated with your student's account for the current school year. 3. Sent Education Plan. 1. You will create an Education Plan for each student on your account. 2. We provide instructions on the Education Plan and we also send you a detailed interactive walkthrough of how to do it. 3. They will be sent an invite to their Student Support Channel where they can communicate with you and our teaching staff going forward.
