If the envelop icon is on the employee line, it means that they have not yet activated their account on the platform – it there is no envelop, the account is already activated. Click on it to send an invite

If someone cannot access the platform but has activated their account, invite them to reset their password: [https://join.rzilient.club/reset-password](https://join.rzilient.club/reset-password)

Select the employees you want to invite on the platform: either one, some or all of them

Click "Invite these employees to join Rzilient"

Selected employes will receive an email by support@rzilient.club to set a password and activate their account
