Inviting a User
This guide provides a straightforward process for inviting users to your HyperGuest Extranet.

To send the invitation from the property level:

Click "**Invite a user**"\ Complete the "**Set the user email and name**" fields.

Set the user permission - **Admin** has full visibility and edit permissions / **View Only** can see the property details and bookings, can not edit them.\ Click "**Confirm**"
To send the invitation from the organization level:

Click **Organizations** on the top menu and select yours.\ Click **Access** tab on the left > **Users**.

Click "**Invite a user**"\ Complete the "**Set the user email and name**" fields.

Choose the user permission here.\ Click "**Confirm**"
