Type in "First Name" , "Surname" and "Email" and click "Send invite"

After clicking "Send Invite" the new use should receive an email with a link. They simply need to follow the link and set a password, after which they should be logged in to Rows.
Managing user permissions
You can only manage user permissions after the new user has set a password and created his account.

In the new user's row, on the right, you will find 3 buttons. "History" will give you an audit trail of what the user has done using Rows. "Permissions" will allow you to edit user permissions. "Delete" can be used to delete the user,

Here you have 3 options. "Refresh only" will only allow the user to refer Reports and Data Tables. "Full Read / GET" will allow the user to use Rows download all data to excel. "Write / POST" will allow user to access all data and even post using templates.

Click "Save Permissions" when you are done.

The "Limit access rights" button will give you more granularity.

The "Limit access rights" button allows you to choose which Table and Report the user can see. Tick the reports you want them to see and untick the ones you do not. By default these are all ticked.

The final two toggles in the main screen are "Manage organisations" and "Manage users". "Manage organisations" will allow the user to connect the organisations to Rows. "Manage users" will allow the user to invite new users and edit the permissions of existing users.
