Log into your account.
Click "Invoices"
Click "View" on a specific invoice to see the breakdown. *If you don't have any open invoices, this option will not be available on the first screen.*
Invoices for boarding will include a timeframe for the service in the description. Please ignore these timeframes, as they are for system reference only.
Click "Paid Invoices" to see your past invoices.
Click "Available Funds" to see any credit on your account. *You will need to let us know when you want to use available credits, as it will not come out on its own.*
Click "Make A Payment" if you wish to make a payment through our system.
Click the checkbox of the invoice(s) you would like to pay.
Click "Select Payment Method"
You can add a debit/credit card, add a direct bank number, or use Google Pay. *Time to Pet uses bank level security and does not share your information with us.*
View and Pay your invoices at any time! All payments made in advance are held till the end of your pets stay.
