In a Sales Order, If an item is shown in red, it means that the item is not mapped into Spice Item Master.

To map the item, go to **Settings.**

Click on **Item Master.**

Click on **Add Item.**

Fill Below Required Fields to enter the details into Item Master database.
- **GTIN**
- **Item Name**
- **Description**
- **Unit Price**

Click on **Update** to save the item details.

Click on **Close** to close the pop up window.

Click on **Save** on the **Settings page** to save the details.

Now go to **Items Map** tab to map the entered item.

The newly entered item will be automatically available for you to select from the list. \
User needs to check the item and click on Save button at the bottom of the screen.

Once the Item is mapped into Item Master it will be visible in black color in the Sales order page which shows the Item mapping is completed.
