Sign into the Anvl app using your username and password. New users will receive an email prior to training with their username (CDE Lightband email) and a link to get signed in on the app.

This is the dashboard. All of your jobs will be listed here. To start a new Job select "Add Work." To continue a previous job, select from the list below.

Complete the new Job information.

In this job, a few Job Briefings have already been completed. Work will hold your briefings together like a folder. To create a new Job Briefing, select "Create Workflow."

All Workflows will be listed. Select Job Briefing from the "Job Safety Assessment" category.

Confirm the Job Information is correct.

As you go through the Job Briefing, you'll answer one question at a time. Many of the questions offer the ability to add photos or videos and may change based on your response. This ensures you are only seeing relevant questions, every single time.

Document the Substation/Circuit Number.

For the job description, I'm going to add a photo of my workspace. Select the "Add Media" button to access your device's camera.

After taking the photo, select "Use Photo" to add to your response.

All photos can be annotated using the red pencil icon. This helps draw attention to specific details in your photo.

The questions should look familiar as you proceed through the Job Briefing. As you make enter your response, you may be prompted to include additional information.

Notice how Anvl prompted me to include more information about this issue. Once complete, I can easily notify administrators of the problem by raising a flag. Raise a flag by selecting the 3 dot menu in the upper left corner.

Select "Flag Question" to send a message to your administrator, or select view Emergency Number or Supervisor's Number if needed.
