Navigate to [https://app.events.ringcentral.com/events/2025_neaf_edcamp/reception](https://app.events.ringcentral.com/events/2025_neaf_edcamp/reception)

Click on a session room. You can also reach these rooms through the Schedule.

Click "Join Stage".  This means your audio and video will be on.

Select your background. You can change your camera and mic, too, if you have external devices.

Click this image to select a background. You can also upload your own.

Click this icon. These host controls may just visible to adminitrators.

Click here to turn your camera on and off.
