Navigate to <https://dashboard.joonto.com/login>

Click your user profile in the top right corner, to get the drop down. Select "Profile & Preferences"

If you'd like your calls recorded/transcribed or to use 2FA, move the sliders to the desired selection. Some of these might be set at an administrative level and not available to edit.

If you will be recording calls, please select "I Agree" under the Record Call Agreement, then click "OK". This will then save all of your call recordings onto the JOONTO platform for 12 months.
