      Navigate to [https://dashboard.joonto.com/Users/Profile](https://dashboard.joonto.com/Users/Profile)

      Click the dropdown by your name and select "Profile & Preferences"

      Scroll down to the bottom left to connect and sync your **Google** contacts. Click "Connect"

      If you're given an option to select a certificate, please click on the top certificate for authentication.

      You will be directed to sign into Google and allow Joonto to access your contacts. Choose the gmail account that you're wanting to sync.

      In a new window, log into your google account and select your "Contacts" from the app menu. \*\*\* to access - click on the square box with 9 dots.

      From the dropdown, scroll until you see contacts, and click on that icon.

      You will now see any existing contacts AND June Joonto AI Assistant listed in your contacts. We are going to create a new contact by clicking on the "Create Contact" button on the top left.

      Make sure to add a Name and phone number and click "Save"

      From the newly saved contact, we will add the Joonto Label. Adding the Joonto label creates a secondary contact, and assigns it a Joonto vSIM number. \*\*\* You can add the Joonto Label to existing contacts as well.

      Click the Label button, select Joonto Contacts, Apply

      Go back to your contacts and refresh your page (this can take up to 60 seconds). You should now see a second contact created. This is the number you will dial, and see listed for inbound calls, on your vSIM.

      If an unsaved phone number calls you, you will know it is coming in on your vSIM by the JOONTO WIRELESS caller ID. \*Typically a 415 area code

      A new contact is created in google, when receiving an inbound call on your vSIM. Your Google Contacts will show "New Contact on New Contact" with the vSIM number listed below. Update the contact name.

      Edit the new contact by adding their name/business tied to the vSIM contact number.
