Navigate to [https://dashboard.joonto.com/Users/Profile](https://dashboard.joonto.com/Users/Profile)

Click the dropdown by your name and select "Profile & Preferences"

Scroll down to connect and sync your Outlook contacts. Click "Connect"

You will receive an email from [support@joonto.com](mailto:support@joonto.com) once your outlook sync is complete

When you open your Outlook account, select "People" icon.

BEST PRACTICE: Use the Outlook App instead of the web browser.

You should now see **June Joonto AI Assistant** listed as a contact. The Joonto dashboard sync creates a new "category". You will assign the category "Joonto Line" to any of your business contacts to ensure vSIM will work.

\*\* Make sure that an existing contact, has a phone number listed

You will have a new Joonto Line contact and phone number listed for each contact that you tagged "Joonto Line". This allows you to make and receive calls through your vSIM Joonto Line. 

If an unsaved phone number calls you, you will know it is coming in on your vSIM by the JOONTO WIRELESS caller ID.
