KMFSC - DaySmart Recreation - Create your account and add your membership

Navigate to the KMFSC customer sign up page: <https://apps.daysmartrecreation.com/dash/x/#/online/kmfsc/login?noAutoLogin=1>

Click here to create an account if this is your first time using the KMFSC DaySmart Recreation software

Type in your email address and choose a password

Fill out your information - including your name, address, etc. NOTE: You should use your information for this first part. If you are the parent of a skater - do not put your skater's info in yet, that comes later in the process. You will be able to add your entire family to the account and share contact information OR provide separate contact info for each person in the family later during the registration process.

Provide your mobile phone number

This new system can be used to send you text messages for important notifications. If you would like to be able to receive text messages from the system for reminders and other important notices - choose your cell phone carrier from the drop down. If this is not done - you will not receive any text messages from the system.

Fill in gender and your date of birth

Choose Kettle Moraine Figure Skating Club as the location

Please enter in your USFS number here (if you have one) and answer any other remaining questions.

If you have any children to add your account, click Add child

Fill in your child's info and their USFS membership number

If you have more children, repeat the steps above by clicking on "Add another child". If you have another parent in the household that should be on your family's account - choose "Invite Partner"

Fill out your partner's information - they will get an email to accept the invite to the family account.

The email invite will look like this and come from "Kettle Moraine Figure Skating Club" with the email address: [dash@dashplatform.com](mailto:dash@dashplatform.com)

**Please opt in to communications** - especially reminders / receipts / notices. Other important club notices will come via marketing newsletters - so if you unsubscribe from the marketing content - you may not receive notices on events or club newsletters. We'd ask that you opt in to all communications.

After your account is created, you will be required to accept the club waiver.

Select all individuals that you are accepting the waiver for (you should select yourself and your children). Partner's must accept their own waiver.
