KR Booster Club: Creating a Form & seeing Payments on Zeffy

After requesting that an admin give you access to the Booster Club's Zeffy page. Navigate to <https://www.zeffy.com/login> to login.

Enter your personal email address that was given access to the Booster Club Zeffy account.

Create or enter your password.

Click "Forms"

Scroll to see what forms are available. Click this icon if you want to "clone" a form that has already been created but for a new club. DO NOT EDIT, ARCHIVE OR DELETE ANOTHER CLUB'S FORM.

Click "+Create form" to start a new form.

Decide which kind of form you want to create. Events, Donation & Other Sales are the most commonly used.

Click here to start an "Other sales" form to be used for concessions.

Enter a title for your form. Include your club's name, what it is for and when. Also add a description.

Enter a description of your sales here. Keep in mind that dates and personal identifying information make it difficult to re-use this form again in the future.

Click "Add event date"

Click the "Enter an address..." field.

Click Next>

Enter the total number of items being sold if you want a limit.

You can upload graphics for your items.

Click this text field to enter the title of the item being sold.

Click the "You can add here its details on the item (optional)" field.

Click the "0.00" field and enter the price you will sell the item for.

Click "See more options"

Click this checkbox if you want a portion of the price to be a charitable offering to your club. For instance, you are selling sweatshirts for $25 but they only cost $10. Generate a charity receipt for $15.
