Make sure the blue light is turned on, this is the actual encoder that allows the livestream to upload to the internet

If the blue light is not on, press the power button directly to the left of the light for a few seconds and the light should turn on.

If that doesn't work - check the internet connection.

1. Go to [speedtest.net](//speedtest.net) and do an internet speed test. If the numbers are below 10mbps restart the router. (White Box in the corner.)
