      The colored boxes are required, and the white boxes are optional. EXCEPT the Affiliation box, it's white but this is required otherwise you will not be able to see the learner from the desired affiliation.

      Click "Learners"

      Click "Add Learner"

      Click the "First Name" field. Type learners first and last name, then email address. For example: "MaryAnne [[tab]] Jones [[tab]] [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) [[tab]]"

      Assign Affiliation. Choose the desired affiliation from the dropdown. For example: "Test Affiliation"

      Add Learners Username to the Login Field. You can use their AAPC Member ID or in this example use their email address. Click the "Login" field. Click the "Email" field. Press [[ctrl]] + [[c]] Click the "Login" field. Press [[ctrl]] + [[v]]

      Create the user's password. This can be anything you want. In this example, I'm using the learner's first name. Click the "Password" field. Click the "First Name" field. Press [[ctrl]] + [[c]] Click the "Password" field. Press [[ctrl]] + [[v]]

      Click Save button.
