      To start, Click "Learners" from the left-hand menu.

      Then click, Bulk Actions.

      The bulk actions page has many filters to help you search for learners that meet certain criteria. Click on Advanced filters to see all the filters that are available to you. Enter all the filter information desired, then Click the "Get Data" button.

      To select all listed learners, you can check the "Check All" box. Otherwise you can select the learners individually.

      Alert! You must select at least two learners in order to use any of the bulk actions options.

      Bulk Email

      The "Bulk Email" option allows you to send an email to all learners selected.

      Once you click the Bulk Email button you'll be sent to another page to create the email or use an existing template. If you forget the learners you selected, clicking the View selected learners link at the top of the page will show you a full listing of the learners. You can even export the learner list if desired.

      To use a pre-created template for your email, click the Template drop-down menu.

      Once you select a template you can change the Subject line, add an attachment, and edit the template text and graphics if desired. The Update Sample button will show you an example of the edits made to the email.

      Bulk Archive

      The Bulk Archive option allows you to archive multiple learners at once. Archiving learners automatically removes the learners ability to log into the platform.

      Click "Bulk Archive" - this is a single click feature, once the button is clicked the learners are set to Archived.

      Bulk Enroll

      The "Bulk Enroll" button allows you to enroll all selected learners into a course with the same start and end dates.

      Once you click the Bulk Enroll button a pop-up window will appear. Select the term, course name, (the section will auto-populate), enter Start Date. The End date will auto-set based on the course parameters. Once all the selections are entered, click the "Enroll" button. This will trigger an auto-email to be sent to the learners telling them about the enrollment with details.

      Bulk Affiliation

      The "Bulk Affiliation" button allows you to either add or move learners from one affiliation to another.

      If you check the "Override existing learner affiliations" box the affiliation selected will remove the existing affiliation assignment to the new.

      Tip! Changing affiliations does not remove enrollments completed prior to the change.
