      Navigate to the candidate's Recruiting Workflow Profile and select one of the statuses used for scheduling an interview (in the example below, 1st Interview Scheduled, 2nd Interview Scheduled, or 3rd Interview Scheduled).

      For customers using the Outlook calendar integration: if you have not done this previously, you will be prompted to authorize access to your Outlook calendar, which will give you visibility into your availability when selecting a time for the interview. (You will only have to do this once.)

      It will automatically pull in the hiring manager on the job. Or, start typing the name of the interviewer(s) you wish to include.

      On this page, you can edit the duration, meeting type, location, and room. NOTE: If you use Teams or Zoom, always select Meeting Type = Video, and leave Location and Room as-is.

      If you select Meeting Type = Video (Other), the Conference Link field will appear. Insert the Teams meeting URL into the Conference Link field. If using Teams, you will first need to set up a meeting in Outlook, add the Teams link to it, and then copy and paste that link into this field. If using Zoom AND the interviewer has an active Zoom account, the conference link will be populated automatically.

      Select a room (if not using a Video meeting as described above)

      If you would like to schedule a second meeting, click "New Meeting." The ability to create multiple interviews is a key feature of Legacy Interview Management. If you schedule more than one interview, the candidate will receive a single calendar invite with a start time of the start time for the first interview, and an end time of the end time of the second interview.

      For the second meeting, I'll select two interviewers. The ability to select multiple interviews is a key feature of Legacy Interview Management.

      Enter any necessary details. Note that when you finish entering details, you will not see the meeting turn gray like the first one did when you clicked "New Meeting." The information is still saved.

      Next, click on the "Scheduling" tab

      Click the arrows to toggle to the correct day. The section on the left with the orange bar is for the first interview, and the section on the right with the green bar is for the second interview. They are both on the same day, but because the interviews have different sets of interviewers, they are in separate sections.

      Click a time and then click "Schedule"

      The system schedules the second interview immediately following the first interview.

      However, you can drag the meeting to a later time if you would like to schedule a break between interviews.

      To move the second interview to a different day, return to Week or Month view, and drag them to a different day.

      Note that the candidate will receive a single interview invite that blocks time from the beginning of the first interview to the end of the second interview. The details of the interview will be presented in the email they receive (see screenshots below). This can be confusing to the candidate, so it is suggested that you initiate a separate interview invitation for an interview taking place on a different day.
