        In this lesson, we look at the Support Tickets, Knowledge Center, Contact us and Notification section of the Managed Developer Portal.\ This is just a browse through section to familiarize user with the standard support related sections available on the portal.

        Click on the arrow next to the **Support** on top right corner, then click **Support Tickets**

        Support Tickets dashboard is where you can get access to all the Service Requests, Incidents and Change Request and get the status of each of the respective tickets.\ Click through the **Service Request**/**Incident**/**Change Request** tabs to review the displayed data

        Click on drop down arrow next to **Create Ticket** and you will notice options to **Report an Incident\ Generic Service Request**\ \ **Note**: Do not click on any of those as they have not been enabled for this lab session

        Click on the arrow next to the **Support** on top right corner, then click **Knowledge Center**

        Knowledge Center dashboard is where you can view all the published knowledge articles related to Managed Developer Cloud. There is an option to search for specific knowledge article\ \ **Note**: Do not click on any of those as the individual articles as they have not been enabled for this lab session

        Click on the arrow next to the **Support** on top right corner, then click **Contact Us**

        Review the details displayed on the contact us related to your subscription

        Depending on the offer subscription the page will also list the Customer Success Manager assigned to your account and the phone support numbers specific to the country you select from the list.

        Click on the arrow next to the **Notifications** on the top right corner, then click **Notification Center**

        Review the types of notification displayed and action like Mark as Read or Delete which can be performed either individually or in bulk

        You can also click **Export** to download the notifications for offline reference
