Let's boost your task execution

Let´s say you are an IT-admin and need to do tasks in Office 365 Exchange on a regular basis. Instead of navigating to each site every time, we can create Elements and organize them into Boards. Next time you do the task, you only need to click on one button. We start with creating the Elements. In Enify - My elements section, click the Pluss icon.

The Office 365 Exchange pages we need as Elements can be using the Edge template. Click on the Edge icon.

Choose New browser window.

Fill out Name and the URL and click Enter to same the Element.

You will get a notification that the Element is saved...

..and you will find the Element at the bottom of the My elements list. For this Exchange task I need 2 more webpages. I will create them the same way....

Now it`s time to choose a Layout for the task. Click the Environment icon and select an Environment.

Choose a suitable Layout and click outside the Layout window to close it.

You can see the chosen Layout in My work. Now, drag and drop the 3 Elements into the Layout.

The 3 Elements are dropped in the Layout. Click the Create board button to create a Board.

Give the Board a name and click outside the My boards section to create the Board.

You will get a notification that the Board is created.

Click the Stop board button....

..and choose Close.

The Board will close and you can find it in the My boards list.

So the next time you need to preform the task, just click on the Play icon and..

..the 3 webpages will open up. No need for navigating in Office 365 to get to the right place for executing the task!
