From the Direct Mail app, select "Leads" or the preferred object

Click here to select the appropriate filter or create a new one

Select each checkbox next to the lead, opportunity or contact you want to mail to or check the "Select All" checkbox here

You may see a pop-up like this if any records are missing an address, are marked as "do not mail" or have received mail in the past 30 days. Otherwise, you’ll be taken to the "Builder."
