Alert! This is NOT an integration with a 3rd party Showing system.  This allows you to track showing information directly in Brokerage Engine.

Navigate to the Listing Detail page click "Showing"

Click "Showing Type" drop down menu. This allows you to select from default showing types. For example, Initial Showing, Agent Preview, Appraiser, etc...

Once all your information is filled out, click "Save".

Update Listing Showing Log or Add Feedback

This will show a pop-up window which will show you past showings, feedback, confirmation checks and the ability to add new showings.

If you need to edit or add notes to a showing, click the Action Button

Alert!  You must be utilizing our ListTrac Seller Report in order to have your listing feedback pushed to the Seller Report.

Navigate to the Listing Detail page and click "Seller Report"

Scroll down to the bottom of the Seller Report to view Showing Log

Tip!  The Showing Log will only show Showing Date/Time, Showing Type, and Public Feedback.  Internal notes & Confirmations will not show on the Seller Report.
