Open Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge and navigate to [https://www.medcost.com/](https://www.medcost.com/)
    Click "Member Login"
Enter your Username and Password, then click "Submit." If you have not yet registered with [MedCost.com](http://MedCost.com), click on "New User? Register Now" and complete the registration process.
Tip! You must be currently enrolled in a MedCost Employee medical plan to register on [MedCost.com](http://MedCost.com).
Tip! New members registering on [MedCost.com](http://MedCost.com) for the first time will need the medical plans' Group Number, which is 400 (for both the HDHP and PPO plan).
On the [MedCost.com](http://MedCost.com) member home page, click "Healthy & Whole" on the right side.
Scroll down and click "WebMD ONE"
After the WebMD ONE box expands, click on the "Go Now" button. This will open a new tab in your browser and take you to the WebMD ONE website.
Tip! First time WebMD ONE users will be asked to provide certain personal details to improve the use of the site, as well as agree to WebMD One's terms and conditions.
If you are new to WebMD One, the site should prompt you to complete the Health Risk Assessment. If it does not or you have previously completed the assessment, go to the page Menu in the top right corner and select "ONE Health Assessment."
Click the "TAKE IT AGAIN" button.
Tip! Be sure to complete all four (4) sections of the assessment (About You, Health Behaviors, Emotional Health, and Clinical). At any point, if you need to pause and return to the assessment later, be sure to click the "SAVE & EXIT" button to save your progress.
When you get to the last set of questions, be sure to click the "Get My Score" button to complete the assessment.
