Locations & Taxes Management in Hosted Solutions

Locations in Hosted Solutions refers to each D.A.N. registered to your specific Hosted Solutions account. Under the Locations section of Hosted Solutions, you can manage these locations and relevant taxes. Document # 101-0345 Updated 04/09/2025

Log in to Hosted Solutions <https://hosted.hamiltonservices.com/> Navigate to Locations <https://hosted.hamiltonservices.com/locations>

The locations listed are where a D.A.N. is registered. Only Hamilton can add these, and you need a D.A.N. at each location.

You can move these icons to the side of the screen by tapping this arrow

See how they're stacked on the left now.

You can edit these locations by hovering over the row, then tapping 'Edit'

You can change the name, address, and time zone easily. The 'Name' is what will show on your Hosted Solutions Reports. Changing this name does not edit how the app name appears in your Custom Mobile App.

'Details' are optional and only appear here. They do not show anywhere in your Custom Mobile App.

Editing the longitude and latitude will change how the app shows the 'pin' for your location. This is great if the address isn't pulling the correct coordinates for the location.

The City Name is what changes the name of the location in the app.

See how, when I change the city name in Hosted Solutions, it will update the name of the location in the Custom Mobile App.

For each location, you can choose which taxes apply (if any). tax rates toggled green will be applied. Ones in red will not.

Click 'Update' to save any changes to the location that you made.

Tapping any of the Locations will bring up more information about what equipment is at that location and equipments' statuses.

The Kiosks (and equipment associated with DTTs) are listed here.

Model shows either the type of kiosk of what kind of DTT it's connected to.

The equipment's version number is listed here.

'Last Message Received' is the last message received by the server (RFID tag scanned, LPR scan, purchase made, etc.)

If the equipment has an error reporting, it will be listed here.

'Last Status Received' is the last time a status message was received by the server.

Under 'Options' you can: - Toggle Columns (turning them on or off) - Save Layout (with your column configuration) - Restore Default (restore the column toggles, spacing etc. to the default view) - Reset Spacing (reverts the columns to the default dimensions) - Export (as .CSV) - Fullscreen (displays the report large on the screen)

At the bottom of the 'Locations' page, you'll find 'Tax Rates'. Tax rates are ones you manually input to Hosted Solutions and get charged to Mobile App customers assigned to that location. If a location does not have a tax rate, tax will not be charged. If a customer is not assigned to a location, they will not be charged tax. Customers get assigned to a location by being manually assigned, enrolling in a wash club at that location (kiosk sign up).

To add a new tax rate: tap 'Add Tax Rate'

Name the tax and enter the rate. Do not enter the rate as a decimal. \ 7 in this field = 7%\ .07 in this field = .07% If the tax is compounded, toggle the button at the bottom. Tap 'Add Tax' when you're done.

If you want to edit an existing tax rate, hover over the row, then tap 'Edit'

You can now edit the name, rate, and if it's compounded. 'Update' (if you made any changes) or 'Close' (if you don't want to save your changes) to get out of th is window.

To delete a tax rate: hover over the row and tap 'Delete'.

Click 'Yes'.

You'll get confirmation that the tax rate has been deleted.
