From the homepage, click on "Cloud & Resources" and then select "Accounts Manager" from the submenu to access the Subscriptions List page.
In the "Accounts Manager" section, select the account of your choice.
Select the Subscription that contains the instance you want to lock and click on it.
Select the Resource Group that contains the instance you want to lock and click on it.
Navigate to the Instances list to identify the Instance you want to lock and click on the "Security" button.
Now, enable the security option to lock it.
Click "Save" to confirm your changes.
Once saved, you can view that the Security Lock has been applied to the selected Instance.
By locking an instance, you ensure that no automated processes from Kalibr8 Cloud will alter the status or size of your instance. This is ideal for instances that must remain constant in status and size. However, if necessary, you can still *manually* manage the size and status of the instance within Kalibr8 Cloud.
