Tip! If you haven't registered with Ava Connect, then contact your clinic to do so. The clinic will have to send you an invitation to register with them. Please follow the steps in the invitation email to register.

Type [www.avaconnect.ca](http://www.avaconnect.ca) in your browser (preferably Google Chrome) url and click enter. On the log in page click on the "Email" text field and enter your email address that you are registered with.

Alert! To log in to Ava connect after you register, go to [www.avaconnect.ca](http://www.avaconnect.ca) and not from the invitation email, as the link will expire after a certain time.

Click on the "Password" text field and enter your password and click "Sign In."

Tip! When trying to log in on a mobile, it is advised that you type your password on a notepad and copy and paste it in this section to avoid any errors.

If you do not remember your password, then click "Forgot Password." Ava Connect will send you an email which would have the steps to reset the password.

Once you have successfully logged in to Ava Connect you will see "Biometrics," where you can record your "Blood pressure," "Weight" and "Blood Glucose."

Any forms or letters or documents sent by your clinic will be found under "Patient Documents" section.

Messages sent by your clinic or any previous conversations will show under the "Messages" section. It will also show the number of unread messages.

Click on "Appointments" to see your next appointment details. You can also add these appointments to your calendar by clicking "Add To My Calendar."

To log out of Ava Connect click "Logout" at the top left corner beside your name.
