Alert! If you do not have a user name and password, please contact your Agency Administrator. 

Enter your username and password provided to you by your Agency Administrator.  Then click "Login."

When logging in for the first time, you will be prompted by the system to create a unique password for your account.  First, enter the Default Password given to you by your Agency Administrator.  Then, create a new password and enter it in the New Password field.  Next, retype the new password in the Confirm New Password field.   Finally, click on the "Update Password" button. 

After successfully creating your new password, you will see this success message upon logging in to the system. 

Tip! Write down your password or add it to a password manager so that you don't forget it!
