Logging in to the Tractics Mobile App
Enter Company Code

Upon opening the app, you will be prompted to enter your company's code. Once the company code is entered, click **Select**.
Enter Email Address and Password

You can login by entering your email address and password or by using your biometrics. Enter the email and password associated with your account and click **Login**.
Login with Biometrics

To log in with Face or Touch ID press **Login with Biometrics** as an alternate means to access the app.
Stay Logged In

Select **Remember me** to stay logged in after closing the app.
The Remember me check box allows for the username and password to be saved as part of the biometric login.
Reset Password

If you don't know your password, click **Forgot Password?** above the Login button to reset your password. You will receive an email to do so.

Clicking **Forgot Password?** will require you to enter your email address associated with you account. Once you have done so, click **Submit**.

You will then be directed to check your email where you should receive a link to reset your password.

The email you receive will look like this. Click on **Reset Password** and follow the instructions to create a new password.
