Login/Answer Call on Dialpad mobile app

In the Dialpad mobile app, click on the 3 lines next to HOME

Select the department you want to receive calls for.

After selecting your group/department, check the box to "Receive calls for this Department" on the page that opens.

To enable your mobile phone to ring on incoming Dialpad calls, click on the 3 lines again to open the menu

Go to Settings

Scroll to "Ring this Device" and toggle it ON to take calls, OFF if not.
