To avoid duplicate entires, first search for the customer's name using M1 format. If no records that match appear, click on the Membership tab at the top of the page and select "Add Unit."

For customers looking to purchase a day pass, we will set them up as a Non-Member in the system.

Enter all of the required information to create the account and click "Next" once complete. If the customer is under 18, you will need to first add a Primary Adult onto the unit.

All non-members visiting our facility will be asked to review and sign our General Waiver. Click the "Accept and Sign" button and allow the member to sign their name.

On the next page, we will be prompted to set up the payment method. Since this is not a monthly billing membership and we are just adding in a non-member, we can skip this step by clicking the "Next" button.

Since we do not currently have scheduled orientations at our facility, skip this step by clicking the "Skip, I'll Schedule This Later" button.

Click the "Go to Membership Information" button to return back to the account and sell the guest pass.

Now that we have enrolled Tom as a non-member, we can sell him a day pass by clicking on the "Actions" button and selecting "Register Programs."

On the Search Programs page, find and click on the "Guest Pass" program.

Find and click on the proper guest pass for the customer.

Click on the "Register" button at the top right of the page.

Click the "Accept and Sign" button at the bottom right of the page and have the member acknowledge and sign the waiver.

Review the registration and click "Register."

The customer is now registered for the Guest Pass, now we need to collect their payment. Click on the "Make a Payment" button.

Review the charges and click on the "Make Payment" button.

Select the Payment Method to be used and click "Submit."

Here you can either print or email the receipt for the customer.
