    Making Staff & Residents Inactive

    Navigate to [https://dashboard.accushield.com/](https://dashboard.accushield.com/landing)

    Click "Accounts"

    Click "Staff" from the dropdown.

    If you don't immediately see the staff member you're looking for, you can use the "Search" option by typing in your staff member's name or phone number.

    You can also use the "Filter" options on the left to narrow your staff view.

    To make a staff member inactive, meaning they will no longer be able to sign into your Accushield Kiosk or sign into the Accushield Dashboard, you will want to change the Status. You can quickly see the defaulted status that appear is for Active staff.

    Make them inactive by clicking the green toggle

    Confirm that you'd like to make them inactive. That staff member will then disappear from the defaulted view - however you can review staff with an "inactive" status using the previously mentioned filters.

    Another way to update their status would be by clicking on their name

    and editing their profile

    That same "Status" field will be editable directly on their profile.

    You can make residents inactive the same way - click on "Accounts" and choose "Residents"

    Click on the name of the resident you want to update

    Click "Edit"

    Change their "Status" from Active to Inactive. This will remove the resident from being able to sign-in the Kiosk, remove them from appearing in the Kiosk and remove them from the Dashboard - however data and reporting associated with that resident will still be available.
