Making a semester request, step-by-step

Navigate to [https://swarthmore-accommodate.symplicity.com/students/index.php?s=home](https://swarthmore-accommodate.symplicity.com/students/index.php?s=home)
Click "Accommodation" on the left-hand side
Click "Semester Letter Request" on the left-hand side
Click "Add New" in the middle of the page
Review your listed accommodations to confirm accuracy.
Select the semester from a dropdown list
Click either "submit for all accommodations" or "review the renewal." "Submit for all accommodations" should be used when a students wants all of their professors notified about all of their approved academic accommodations. When you hit that button, this is your last step. "Review the renewal" should be used when a student wants to individually select which professors are notified about which academic accommodation. For example, if you do not want a note-taker in each course, you can review the renewal to determine for which courses you will request a note-taker.
If you selected review the renewal, please go through each accommodation and determine which course professor will be notified. You do so by checking (notify) or unchecking (not notify) the checkbox next to the course.
When you have finished making your selections, hit "submit."
A list of accommodations appears and shows for which courses you intend to use each accommodation. Please review for accuracy.
