Log into your Advisor EMS account.

Click the menu icon.

Click "Event Management"

Click "Violations & Closing Event"

Click "Select an event..."

Click the event you are processing.
Alert! You'll need to process violations before you can close the event. If the Event Coordinator has not made a decision, you must have them enter decisions. It is best to process violations together.

Click "Select your decision.."

Select your decision.

Click "Submit"
Now you are ready to close your event once there are no violations remaining. You will NOT see this option if there are violations pending.

Click "Close Event"

Alert! Submit a Help Ticket requesting the event be closed. <https://slc.gatsa.org>
Alert! If there is a next round, the judges will not see round two until you close round 1 and you get a ticket response that it is closed.
