    Manage Order Scan Templates

      Order Scan Templates are menu cards that patients can fill out with their selections. These cards are then scanned, and the information is entered into Synbiotix. They're useful when a site prefers a paper-based ordering process but still wants all information managed in Synbiotix.
      Navigate to Synbiotix
      Enter your username and password and click "Login"
      Select menuPick
      Click "Administration"
      Click "Order Scan Templates"

      Add a Template

      Click "Add Template"
      Select the required hospital
      Enter the template name. In this example, we are creating a template for the Wednesday Week 1 menu
      Each template supports up to two servings for one bed on one sheet of paper. You can choose any combination of servings.
      Select the menu type (serving) for the left menu. In this example, the left menu will be used for lunch orders
      Select the menu category
      Select the menu
      You can also add dietary menus to the template
      Select the menu category for the required dietary menu
      Select the required menu
      Click "**+**"
      Repeat for all required dietary menus
      To remove a dietary menu, click on it and then click "Delete Selected"
