Click this icon in the top right to access your Manage Organization screen.

"Staff Users" is where you can add Admin users to your RIVET account. Admin users have the highest permission level.

"Roles & Permissions" is where you can customize your roles and permissions levels to fit your organization.

"Tags" are going to be a useful way to easily identify your data in the RIVET application. We have several tutorials on how to use Tags in RIVET.

"Job Statuses" are fully customizable to fit your organizations terminology. Add additional statuses and color customize your interface.

"Equipment Types" is where you enter the categories of equipment you have stored in RIVET.

"Certifications" is where you enter Certification categories. You'll be able to assign these certifications to specific workers in your organization.

"Shop Locations" is where you can store your locations. If you have multiple divisions in RIVET they can be separated into their own accounts and you can choose which users can switch between them.

"API Access" will show any other programs that RIVET is pulling data from. If you have another program you'd like RIVET to interact with, we'll set up a meeting with our CTO, Andy.
