    Manage Profile Groups

      A Profile Group is a set of user roles. Rather than assigning roles to a user, you can assign them a profile group. This standardises the roles assigned, and reduces the risk of a user being assigned incorrect roles
      Navigate to Synbiotix
      Enter your username and password and click "Login"
      Select Framework Configuration
      Click "Profile Groups"

      Add Profile Group

      Click "Add Profile Group"
      Enter the profile group name
      Enter the profile group description
      Click "Save"

      Assign Roles to Profile Group

      Click "Roles"
      Select the required role(s)
      Click "Assign selected Roles"

      Edit a Profile Group

      Click "edit"
      Make any changes as required and click "Save"

      Delete a Profile Group

      Click "X"
      Deleting a Profile Group will remove the relevant roles from any assigned users
