Manage Serving Times

Enter your username and password and click "Login"

Select menuPick

Click "Administration"

Click "Site Config"

Select the required hospital from the drop-down box

Click "Menu Types"

Click "edit"

Change the "Enabled" toggle to "NO"

Click "edit"

If you are using a "Hospital" cut off time, enter the "Serving Time". This is usually the time that food trolleys are sent to the ward

If you are using a "Kitchen" cut off time, enter the the serving start and end time. When taking orders, you will be able to select a serving time within this range. In this example, Lunch is served between 12pm and 3pm

Enter the serving intervals in minutes. \ \ In this example, the serving times are set at 15-minute intervals between 12 pm and 3 pm. If a user enters a serving time that doesn't fit into a 15-minute interval (e.g., 3:10 pm), it will be rounded to the nearest 15 minutes.

Click "Save"
