To manage your user licenses, you need to open One Setup.  If you do not have once setup installed please check out guide [Getting Started with Once Setup](https://scribehow.com/shared/Getting_Started_with_Once_Setup__NYT51GvbTJCidPjrC2oH3A)

Ensure you are in the "LOCAL" settings then click on the settings icon.

Click on the user you wish to deregister.

To remove the user completely, click on the user you wish to remove.

Wait for the confirmation message then click "Yes"

Complete the "New Once Mobile User" popup

Now you can use that user ID on a new device.

As with any settings in One Setup, once you're finished, click close.

Ensure you upload the settings to the cloud.

Wait for the confirmation and click "Yes"
