Hyperguest

Navigate to <https://app.hyperguest.com/distribution/marketplace>\ Click **Marketplace** tab.\ Click the "**Supply partner**" field.\ Enter your property or organization/chain

All settings except promotions will be under "**Default terms**"\ Click "**Add**"

Let's say you will add an X % of commission for X subtype of demands/agencies

Type a relevant **title** to the term

There are several conditions depending on what you are trying to achieve, related to Demands, you can filter by Demand name, demand country, or demand subtype\ You can place a condition for demands which their subtype is either Wholesale, Travel Agency or Destination Management company

Click "**Add condition**"

Then create an **Action**, like offering an X% of commission if you are pushing sell rates from your channel manager\ Add the X% **Commission**\ Click "**Save**"

Click "**Confirm**" after reviewing the summary\ Click "**Save**" again at the bottom of the marketplace page

How to Enable/Edit a Term

Simply Choose the **Term** you would like to change and click "**Edit**"

For example changing the condition to "is not one of"\ Or changing the "**Amount**" field.\ Click "**Save**"\ Click "**Confirm**"

Blocking Specific Travel Provider

Click "**Add**"\ Add a "**Title**"\ Click "**Add condition**" Select the demand you would like to block

Click the "**Select action**" field.\ Choose "**Adjust availability**" set to "**Block**" and click "**Save**"

Disable/Enable a Term

Click on the three dots.\ Click "**Disable**" or "**Enable**"\ Click "**Save**"

Block Customer According to Nationality, Dates or Rates

Click "**Add**"\ Choose "**Customer Nationality**" is one of and Choose the nationality you would like to block\ Add action "**Adjust availability**" "**Block**"\ Click "**Save**"

Manipulate Rate Plans

Click "**Add**"\ Select "**Rate Plan code**" is **one of / is not one of** and write the rate plan code\ Add another condition such as "Demand organization" **is one of** and choose the demand you would like this condition to apply

For example "**Adjust availability**" to "**Block**"\ Or "**Adjust price to"** subtract X%\ Click "**Save**", then "**Confirm"** and then "**Save**" again

Deleting a Term

Click the three dots and choose "**Delete**"
