Testing zone for training and demonstration

You can add members to your group by selecting "INVITE PEOPLE".

Enter their @Emory email addresses in the "E-mail addresses" field.

You can check who you have invited to membership by clicking "PENDING\
MEMBERSHIP INVITATIONS".

Check who has requested to join your organization by selecting "PROSPECTIVE\
MEMBERSHIP REQUESTS".

When someone is assigned the role of Advisor, they must complete the Advisor Agreement form. You can check if this has been completed by clicking "TERMS AND CONDITIONS".

To assign Officers, select the 'edit' pencil beside their name.

Select the role you would like to assign them. 

To remove an officer, deselect their current roles and "SAVE" the changes.

You can include additional positions on your portal to match your organizations structure. First, click "MANAGE POSITIONS".

If you want the position to appear on your organization's profile, select the "Show holders of this position on the organization's public roster" option.

If the role is similar to a standard leadership role, you can select its equivalent from the 'Position Type' dropdown.

Select the level of access this officer should have. "CREATE" the position.
