    Click "Performance"
    Click "KPA (Appraisal)
    Click "Add New"
    Enter the title for the employee in the Title field.
    Select the designation for the employee using the drop down box.
    You can assign a score for each competency by clicking on the Set Value field for the indicator.
    After the review is submitted and calculated, you can see the resulting score.

    Performance Improvement Plans

    Click "Track Goals (OKRs)"
    Click "Add New"
    Complete the form with the information to define the new goal and identify the person the goal is set for and click on [[save]] to record the goal.

    Updating Performance Goals

    Click the [[View Details]] button next to the goal you wish to update.
    To make changes and add notes, click on the [[Edit]] link at the top of the goal details.
    You can set a percentage complete on the goal by clicking on a point on the progress bar.
    Additional notes and information can be added in the Description field.
    When finished, click on [[Update Goal]] to record your changes to the goal.
    Goal ratings can be assigned and updated by clicking on one of the stars under the Goal Rating section and then clicking on [[Update Rating]]
    All updates are reflected in the Track Goals (OKRs) view.
