    When doing anything with a ticket for a customer, put notes in Tawk so others on the team know who is handling it and the status or who closed it and what was done.
    Click here.
    Click the "Enter your note here" field. Start all notes with your initials - ie... LN for Laura Nelson -then we can verify who wrote the notes.
    Type "Put your notes here once you have finished handling something for a client or to update the team. Then once closed - if needed, add notes to hubspot too"
    When issue is resolved or completed - change status to closed.
