      Navigate to Synbiotix

      Enter your username and password and click "Login"

      Select Helpdesk

      If your site uses the Helpdesk for both soft and hard services, click "Hard FM"

      Click "Assets"

      Select the required hospital from the drop-down box

      Click "View Plans #" for the required asset

      Add an Asset Plan

      Click "Add New Plan"

      Select the category. You can choose from the SFG20 core tasks, or your custom PPM jobs

      Select the job type

      Select the specialty group from the drop-down box. Only users assigned the selected specialty group will be able to perform this task.

      Select the criticality of the job

      Enter the action required

      Use the drop-down box to select the occurrence. You can choose daily, weekly, monthly or annually

      Enter the recurrence. In this example, the job needs to be performed every 3 months

      Click "Save"

      Make an Asset Plan Inactive

      Change the "Status" toggle to "INACTIVE" to make an asset plan inactive, if required
