      Navigate to Synbiotix
      Enter your username and password and click "Login"
      Select Helpdesk

      Assign a Resource to a Job

      Click "Find Resource"
      Use the tick box to select the required resource. The resource at the top of the list has been idle (off-task) the longest. If your trust uses site-zoning, the system will take proximity to the task into account when generating the order of this list
      The selected resource will be highlighted in green. Click "Assign"
      The job will be sent to the selected resource and their name will appear alongside the job on the Operations Console

      Remove a Resource from a Job

      Click "Edit" in the Task # column
      Click "X" to remove the resource from the job
      You need to give a reason for removing the resource from the job
      Select a reason
      Click "Remove"
      Remember to assign a new resource to the task
      Click "Find Resource" and follow steps 5 and 6

      Remove a Job from a Resource

      Click "+" to open the resource dashboard
      Click the task number
