    Navigate to [https://app.virtuoussoftware.com/](https://app.virtuoussoftware.com/)

    Click "SETTINGS"

    Click "Data Management"

    Click "VIEW GIFTS TRANSACTIONS"

    Locate and select your test gift from PENDING GIFTS

    Click "BUNDLE"

    Click the "Batch" field and name your batch.

    Click "SAVE IMPORT"

    Click "OK"

    Click your import link when it appears at the bottom of the screen.

    Click on your test gift - it needs attention!

    You'll have to create a contact before the gift can be imported. "CREATE EVANNA RUAN." If the donor already has a contact, skip this step!

    Click "SAVE AND CONTINUE" to save any changes made to the record.

    Click "IMPORT"

    Click "Review" once you receive the "IMPORTED" pop up.

    Scroll down to IMPORTED GIFTS

    Locate your test gift, and click the three vertical dots at the right of the screen.
