    Manually Sending Emails and Scheduling for Later

    Navigate to the relevant project.

    From the default "Emails" tab, click "Send Email".

    Click the bookmark symbol at the bottom of the canned email pop up to select a canned email template, or just type directly in the box.

    Once you've selected the email, you are free to customize as desired.

    If you're ready to send now, click "Send".

    If you want to send later, click the arrow NEXT to "Send".

    Select any of the available three options closest to when you want to send. It doesn't matter which, you'll be able to customize.

    Click "Workflows".

    You'll now see your email listed as a "Delayed Email" workflow. Click "Edit" next to the email to further customize the email itself OR to customize the time.

    Click the "Select a date" field and customize the send date and time as desired.

    Further customize the email, if needed/desired.

    Click "Apply"
