Mapping an Internal Item to a Facility
\*This functionality requires the Central Supply license. What am I Doing? An Internal Item must be mapped to a facility before it will appear in the shopping module and requested through a requisition. In this document, you will learn to: - Map an item to a facility. - Map an item to all facilities.

To find the newly created Internal Item, click the "Internal Catalog" tab within the Items Catalog.

Search by Hybrent ID in the search bar to find the Internal Item, then click on the plus button to expand the Internal Item's Details.

Click on "Map Facility/Update Price" to map the Internal Item to a Facility.

Click the "Add To Facility" button if you wish to map the Internal Item to a specific facility.

Click on the green checkmark to Save.

If you wish to map the Internal Item to all facilities, click on "More Options".

Click "Map to all facilities". It is best practice to manage consolidated Internal Item's Catalog in Hybrent.

Click "Yes" and the Internal Item has been successfully mapped to all facilities.
