Mark an Item as Out of Stock
When you mark an item as out of stock, patients at the affected hospital won't be able to order it from the menu. This is especially useful when menus are shared across multiple hospitals because it hides the item from the menu for sites without stock, without removing it completely. Other locations' menus remain unaffected.
